The Kyo-Nagaya Inn Where the Randen Passes By

It is a charter inn which is reserved for 1 group per day which opened on March 2017.
From the second floor of the maisonette type building, you can see the Randen train pass by.
Located in the center of Kyoto, the inn is in a convenient location for sightseeing and shopping. The inn is a 1-minute walk away from the Shijo-dori, and in a distance 5 minutes away on foot is the Hankyu Train, Randen Shijo-Omiya Station, and bus stop. Also, you can reach a 24-hour operated supermarket and drug store on foot in 5-minutes.
There are two restrooms, so even if you come as a group you can enjoy your stay. The kitchen is equipped with cooking utensils, dishes and condiments. We also have a washing machine, so please rest assured if you are staying for a long period of time. We also have tourist information brochures, maps, magazines, etc.
Notice)
When staying as a group of 5, it may be a little cramped if all of the guests are adults, so we recommend you to come as a family with children.
Notice)
The Randen train will be passing by on the opposite side of the inn. We use sound insulation glass for the inner glass of our double windows. If you have any concerns, please check with us before you apply.

Because our staff will not always be present at the inn, we will communicate with you by phone or using e-mail during your stay.
Although we might inconvenience you in some ways, such as our staff not being able to speak English very well, we will assist you with our utmost sincerity so please rest assured. We will help you as much as we can to make your stay a comfortable and cozy experience. Please do not hesitate to contact us if you have any requests.

The staff will be waiting at the inn, and will help you with your check-in procedures. Please be sure to inform us of the estimated time of arrival to the inn (or the flight number, airline, planned arrival time of your flight). If you are coming from overseas, please let us know in a way most convenient to you (e-mail, line, etc.) when you have arrived in Japan.
We will refrain from cleaning if you are staying for consecutive nights, but please let us know if you find it necessary. We will come every day to change the towels and collect the garbage, so please leave them in front of the counter.
